Included in Fee:
$625 Non-refundable conference fee
$575 Transportation, Hotels, Meals, Contingent Merchandise (Shirt, Activity Backpack, Custom Lodge Flap, Etc)
*Additional merchandise will be available for purchase separately
*Conference fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to another lodge member pending approval of lodge leadership. Priority will be given to youth members.
*Contingent members must be in good standing with the lodge, i.e. 2024 lodge dues current.
*Registration is capped at 30 Youth/Adult Program Participants. If that cap is reached, please email Penny Ludy at penny.ludy@gmail.com to be added to a waitlist.
Payment plan -
January - initial registration - $100 deposit
#1- $275 by March 31st
#2- $275 by April 30th
#3- $275 by May 31st
#4- $275 by June 31st
Registration will require the 100$ fee to be paid.
In order to add payments to your registration, you will log into your mycouncil account and find the registration for NOAC under "Your Events". When you click on the page you should see a place to add payment and you will click that.
