Pinewood Derby Council Race will take place on March 20th. This event is an opportunity for Scouts to participate in a friendly competition with their peers, while also allowing adults to join in the excitement through the Outlaw Division.
Registration & Fees:
- The registration fee is $12, covering two cars for one racer: one for the Den Class and one for the Outlaw Division (if desired).
- Registration deadline is February 21st. This ensures the event has enough participants to proceed as planned.**
- Adults who wish to race in the Outlaw Division must register separately as an Non- Cub Scout racer.^^
- Adults attending to support their child should register as adults accompanying a Scout.
Race Eligibility:
- Only those who have registered and paid the required fee will be allowed to race.
- No racer—youth or adult—will be permitted to participate without prior payment.

**This event falls under the Council's by 30 days out rule. We need to have 30 racers by February 21st for the event to happen. If we meet this deadline, registration will be left open for 2 more weeks.
^^ Outlaw is the only race that adult can participate but youth have the option to race there too. Outlaw division means anything goes. Den divisions you have to follow the PWD guideline.
