We will have at least 2 tables in the STEM area and potentially another area. We will be promoting scouting at this event to kids of all ages with hands on activities and engaging conversation. Are you the person to help us chat up a bunch of parents, veterans, grandparents, or community leaders who might want to partner with us in the future. If yes, than please use this to sign up for a volunteer time slot. Open hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The hours here include set up/training time and tear down/clean up time. Yes, youth are able to assist but must be accompanied by an adult and be minimum of 13 years of age and first class rank - we ask that the adult registers as the volunteer and then notifies Matt.McCarty@scouting.org that you will also be bringing a scout volunteer and what age they are.
